By accessing or using CORR ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. CORR is a software platform operated as a sole proprietorship based in Monticello, Kentucky, USA, for managing service-business operations. You retain ownership of all data you enter. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We may update or modify features at any time and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use CORR. The Service is intended for use by business owners and their authorized staff.
CORR is a recordkeeping and productivity tool. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, tax, or medical advice. The AI Advisor generates suggestions based on your data and general knowledge — its output is informational only and may contain errors. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial, legal, or tax decisions.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account, circumvent paid features, reverse-engineer the Service, scrape or resell the Service, or use it for any illegal activity. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle. Promotional plan prices may be offered for a limited period and then move to the standard price shown at signup; we will give reasonable notice before any material pricing change takes effect. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until that date. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
CORR does not accept, hold, process, or transmit any money for you or your customers. Customer-facing transactions made through the Service flow directly between you and your customer via your own Stripe or Square account — CORR never touches those funds and never sees card numbers. Your CORR subscription fee is processed by Stripe on our behalf; Stripe, not CORR, handles your card data. CORR is not a money transmitter, payment processor, or merchant of record for your business.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or pose a security risk. You may delete your account at any time from the admin panel.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Kentucky, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to sue in your home state. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable federal, state, or local consumer-protection laws.

CORR respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to operate the Service: the email address and account details you provide, the business records you create (transactions, clients, receipts, invoices, forms, etc.), device and usage telemetry (browser type, pages visited, error logs), and billing information processed by Stripe. Payment card numbers are entered directly into Stripe — CORR never sees or stores them.
We use your information to (1) provide and operate the Service, (2) process payments and prevent fraud, (3) respond to support requests, (4) send transactional messages (receipts, security alerts, service announcements), (5) improve the platform through aggregated analytics, and (6) comply with legal obligations.
CORR does not sell your personal information. CORR does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. CORR does not run ads and does not use your data to train AI models. We share information only with service providers needed to run the platform: Stripe and Square (payment processing — CORR never sees card data), Google Firebase (hosting and calendar integration), and Anthropic (AI Advisor and receipt scanning). Each provider is bound by its own contractual confidentiality and privacy obligations.
Depending on where you live — including California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Tennessee, and Nebraska — you may have the right to: (a) know what personal information we hold about you, (b) access or obtain a portable copy, (c) correct inaccurate information, (d) delete your data, (e) opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising (we do none of these by default), (f) limit the use of sensitive personal information, and (g) appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To submit a request, email hello@corrapp.com or use the link below. We verify requests by matching the email on file and will respond within 45 days (CCPA) or the timeframe required by your state's law.
CORR does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will provide a clear "Your Privacy Choices" link and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as opt-out requests under California law.
Your data is stored on Google Firebase (U.S.-based servers), encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain account data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion for backup and legal-hold purposes, after which it is permanently purged. You may export your data to CSV at any time and permanently delete your account from the admin panel.
The AI Advisor sends your question and relevant business data to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Anthropic does not train its models on this data. Receipt scanning sends individual receipt images to Anthropic for one-time text extraction; images are not retained by Anthropic for training. You can disable AI features from your account settings.
CORR does not send SMS messages directly. Appointment and reminder SMS, if you enable them, are sent by Google through your own Google Calendar account — you turn these on in Google Calendar's notification settings, and Google delivers the messages under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. CORR has no access to the SMS content, delivery status, or phone numbers stored in Google's systems. Message and data rates may apply. To stop these reminders, disable SMS notifications in your Google Calendar settings.
The only emails CORR sends are (1) signup and account-confirmation messages when you create or change your account, and (2) receipts and billing notices tied to your subscription. These are transactional messages required to operate the Service. CORR does not send marketing or promotional email campaigns. If that ever changes, we will obtain consent and include an unsubscribe link in every commercial message as required by CAN-SPAM.
CORR is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We will post any changes here and, for material changes, notify active users by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
