Terms of Service
Last updated: April 20, 2026 · Effective immediately
These Terms govern your use of CORR. They cover your account, our subscriptions and billing (including auto-renewal and cancellation), acceptable use, liability, and governing law. For details on how we handle your data, see the Privacy Policy.
Terms
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding contract between you and CORR, a software platform operated as a sole proprietorship based in Monticello, Kentucky ("CORR," "we," "us"). By creating a CORR account, starting a free trial, or using any part of the CORR platform at corrapp.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, either as an individual or on behalf of a business. If you are using CORR on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Account
2. Your Account
- You must provide accurate and current information when you sign up.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and access tokens confidential.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- Notify us at security@corrapp.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One person or business per account. Account sharing is prohibited.
Billing
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal
Plans & prices
CORR is offered through the following monthly subscription tiers. Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. The Spend app is free forever.
| Tier | Monthly Price | Renewal | Trial |
| Spend (Free) | $0 | — | — |
| Starter | $1.99 | Every 30 days | 14 days |
| Pro | $3.99 | Every 30 days | 14 days |
| Premium | $9.99 | Every 30 days | 14 days |
| Business | $16.99 | Every 30 days | 14 days |
Optional add-ons (Self-Booking, Deposits, Waitlist, No-Show Tracker, Email Campaigns, POS, and others listed at /bonuses.html) are $1.99 – $9.99 per month, each billed separately. Add-ons include a 6-month free trial at signup.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and card-network fees may be added by Stripe at checkout.
Auto-renewal
Auto-renewal notice. Your subscription automatically renews for successive one-month periods at the price and frequency shown at checkout (see table above) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date.
California residents: this Section 3 serves as the clear-and-conspicuous disclosure required by the California Automatic Renewal Law (Bus. & Prof. Code §17600 et seq.). A cancellation mechanism is described in Section 4 and is available at any time from the Manage Plan page inside CORR.
Free trials
New paid subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial you must enter a valid payment method and subscribe to continue using paid features. Your subscription will then begin and auto-renew as described above. The Spend app remains free.
Price changes
We may raise subscription prices by up to 4% per calendar year. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any increase takes effect. If you do not agree, cancel before the effective date; continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new price.
Failed payments
If a charge fails, Stripe will retry according to its standard retry schedule. We may suspend access to paid features after repeated failures. You remain responsible for fees owed during any period of active subscription.
Refunds
4. Refunds & Cancellation
How to cancel
- Log in to CORR → Admin → Manage Plan → Cancel Subscription.
- Or email billing@corrapp.com from the email address on your account.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until that date.
- California residents may cancel using the same online mechanism without being required to call, email, or mail anything.
Refund policy
- Trial period: cancel any time during the 14-day trial; no charge.
- First paid charge: a full refund is available within 14 days of the first paid charge on each subscription, for any reason.
- After the 14-day window: refunds are case-by-case, typically only offered when a technical defect prevents use of the Service and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable period.
- Add-ons: non-refundable after the trial period; deactivate at any time to stop future charges.
- Founder Pass (one-time lifetime purchase, when available): fully refundable within 14 calendar days of purchase; non-refundable after.
- Partial months / unused time: we do not pro-rate mid-period cancellations.
To request a refund, email billing@corrapp.com with the account email and the charge date. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to process approved refunds within 7 business days. Refunds issue to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we can usually resolve a billing dispute directly. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the account while we investigate.
Acceptable Use
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation (including tax, consumer-protection, anti-spam, and privacy laws)
- Store or transmit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise unlawful
- Send unsolicited commercial messages, in violation of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, or similar laws
- Collect, store, or process personal information about minors without the required parental consent
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or bypass any security mechanism
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of CORR
- Use CORR to build, train, or benchmark a competing product or service
- Resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties outside the account scope
- Upload malware, abusive content, or content that infringes intellectual-property rights
We may suspend, throttle, or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Report abuse to legal@corrapp.com.
Your Data
6. Your Content & Data
You retain ownership of all business data and content you upload to CORR ("Customer Content"). You grant CORR a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content only as necessary to provide the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights to the Customer Content you upload, and that its use within CORR does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
Data-handling, retention, export, and deletion rules are set out in the Privacy Policy, Section 5.
Your clients' data
When you use CORR to manage your own customers (clients, waitlist entries, booking forms, waivers), you are the data controller for that personal information. You are responsible for collecting appropriate consent, honoring deletion requests, and complying with laws that apply to your jurisdiction and industry.
A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) covering CORR's role as your processor is available on request from privacy@corrapp.com.
IP
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, user interfaces, designs, text, logos, and trademarks, is owned by CORR and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service during any period in which you have an active subscription or trial, solely for your internal business purposes and subject to these Terms.
DMCA / copyright infringement notices: send to legal@corrapp.com. Include the URL of the allegedly infringing material, a description of the copyrighted work, your contact information, and a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury.
Third-Party
8. Third-Party Services
CORR integrates with third-party services, including Stripe (payments), Square (POS), Google (Calendar / OAuth), Firebase (Google Cloud), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI features), and our host InterServer. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. CORR is not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or downtime of any third-party service.
Some features depend on a connected third-party service (for example, Google Calendar sync requires connecting a Google account). If a third party changes, restricts, or removes its service, we may have to modify or discontinue related CORR features.
Warranty
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CORR disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
CORR does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of critical business data. CORR's tax, accounting, and financial summaries are informational only and do not constitute professional tax, legal, or financial advice.
Liability
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall CORR or its agents and contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Aggregate cap. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to CORR for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CORR and its agents and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right (including your clients' rights), or (d) Customer Content you upload to the Service.
Termination
12. Termination
- By you: cancel any time from the Manage Plan page. Cancellation ends auto-renewal; access continues until the end of your paid period.
- By us, for cause: we may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, or unlawful activity.
- By us, for convenience: we may discontinue the Service (or any plan tier) with at least 30 days' written notice, in which case we will pro-rate a refund of any prepaid, unused subscription fees.
- Effect of termination: your right to access the Service ends. Your data is retained for 30 days per the Privacy Policy, Section 5, then permanently deleted.
- Survival: Sections 6 (Your Content), 7 (IP), 9 (Warranty), 10 (Liability), 11 (Indemnity), 14 (Governing Law), and 15 (Contact) survive termination.
Changes
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email to the address on file at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when the current version went live. Continued use of the Service after the effective date is your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree, cancel before the effective date.
Governing Law
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The federal and state courts located in Wayne County, Kentucky have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved informally, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Informal resolution. Before filing any formal claim, please email legal@corrapp.com with a description of the dispute. Many issues can be resolved quickly without litigation.
Class-action waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and CORR each agree to bring any claim only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
