Accessibility Statement
Last updated: April 19, 2026
Our Commitment
CORR is committed to making our platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We design and build with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 Level AA) as our target standard, and we consider accessibility a core part of product quality — not an afterthought.
What We've Done
- Color contrast: All text and interactive elements are tested against WCAG AA contrast ratios in both light and dark modes.
- Keyboard navigation: All primary actions (login, navigation, POS, forms, modals) are reachable by keyboard with a visible focus indicator.
- Semantic HTML: Headings, labels, buttons, and form controls use native HTML elements that work with assistive technology.
- Alt text: Meaningful images include descriptive alt attributes; decorative images are marked as such.
- Responsive design: The interface scales to mobile, tablet, and desktop, and supports zoom up to 200% without loss of function.
- Reduced motion: We honor the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query to limit animation for users who need it.
Known Limitations
CORR is actively being developed. Some areas — complex data visualizations (charts, donut graphs), the AI Advisor chat widget, and third-party embeds (Stripe Checkout, Square OAuth) — are still being audited for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. We prioritize fixes based on user reports.
Assistive Technology Tested
We test with current versions of NVDA, VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), and TalkBack (Android), plus keyboard-only navigation in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Report an Accessibility Issue
If you encounter a barrier using CORR, please let us know — it's the fastest way we fix things. Email hello@corrapp.com with:
- The page or feature where the issue occurred.
- A short description of the problem.
- The assistive technology or browser you were using, if known.
We aim to respond within 5 business days and to provide a target fix date after triage. In the meantime, we'll offer an alternative way to accomplish the task wherever possible.
Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division at ada.gov/file-a-complaint. Nothing in this statement limits your rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or state law.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. This statement will be updated as we make improvements, expand testing coverage, or identify new priorities.
